Our coexistence is impossible for the sake of sheer survival, but during one of my expeditions, I discovered a fissure. It is too narrow for a living being… but permeable enough for paper and ink.
Therefore, I have decided to use my magic to send you a piece of my world.

The Magic Mail Club is a monthly subscription where you will receive physical correspondence directly from a magical world.
Join the expedition to receive Alunha’s field notes, detailed creature illustrations, and magical artifacts every month. Let the ink unite us where the Veil separates us.
Magic Mail Club works on a monthly cycle. The "portal" closes on the 22nd of each month. We spend the following days preparing the envelopes with care. All letters are shipped from Spain on the last days of the calendar month. (Example: if you sign up on January 10th, your letter will ship between January 26th and 30th).
Our cycle runs from the 22nd to the 22nd. That means if you sign up between the 22nd day of the current month and the 22nd of the next month, you will receive the edition of the current month.
For example: if you sign up before 22nd January, your letter will contain January’s edition; if you sign up later than the 22nd, your first letter will be February’s edition.
We use standard "snail mail" (ordinary post) to keep shipping costs affordable for you. This means letters are generally untracked, just like old-school correspondence.

Patience is part of the ritual. If your letter hasn’t arrived after 5 weeks from shipping, please summon us at contact@alunha.com.
Your subscription renews automatically on the same day of the month that you initially signed up. (Example: if you subscribed on Jan 10th, you will be charged again on Feb 10th). You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page before your next renewal date.
Yes, whenever you want, with no penalty and no minimum term. You can do it yourself from the Customer Portal. Enter the email address you subscribed with and you will be sent a one-time access link, no password needed.
Cancelling stops future renewals. The period you have already paid for stays active, and if the cycle has not closed yet you will still receive that month’s edition. You will find the full steps in our Terms & Conditions.
f you have moved to a new castle, please update your shipping details in your Customer Portal Profile section immediately. Important: you must update it before the 22nd of the month. If the month’s cycle has already closed, the letter might have already been addressed to your old location. If in doubt, email us!
You are securing your spot for the next month’s cycle. You won’t receive the current month’s letter, as the list of guardians has already been closed and sent to production.
